Abstract:This report describes a rare case of brachial artery dissection associated with closed elbow dislocation caused by a snowboarding injury. After peripheral ischaemic findings in the right upper extremity were confirmed, urgent duplex-sonography was performed to diagnose the brachial artery injury.
