Bowel-associated dermatosis-arthritis syndrome: A case report
Abstract:We report a rare case of Bowel Associated Dermatosis -Arthritis Syndrome in a young patient with complex Crohn's disease who presented with fever, arthritis, rash and worsening of diarrhea with abdominal pain, who promptly responded to a short course of steroids.
