Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy and Public Health

Abstract: Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) is a transmissible degenerative disease of the central nervous system. It belongs to a group of diseases which affect man and various kinds of animals and they have a similar histopathological appearance.
