Bourgain algebras and tightness in some algebras of analytic functions
Abstract: We prove that the Bourgain algebra of the polydisk algebra A(Δ n ) is A(Δ n ) itself and disprove the tightness of some algebras of analytic functions; in particular that of H ∞ (B E ).
