Boundary element method for dynamic inelastic analysis

Abstract: The paper shows formulation and application of the boundary element method (BEM) for dynamic analysis of elastoplastic materials. The initial stress approach is used in the elastoplastic analysis. The mass matrices are computed by the dual reciprocity method (DRBEM).
