Botulism in Cattle Associated with Osteophagy in the State of Acre, Brazil

Abstract: Background:Botulism is a non-febrile intoxication resulting from the ingestion of Clostridium botulinum neurotoxins manifested by partial or complete flaccid paralysis of the musculature of locomotion, swallowing and respiration.
