Borderline ovarian tumor and pregnancy

Abstract: We present a case of a 26 year-old pregnant woman, who was diagnosed a serous borderline tumor of the ovary, two years ago. CA 125, CA 19-9 and HE4 was within the normal range values. A Cystectomy was performed, where too histopathological diagnosis was decided.
