Bor Ni̇trür Mi̇krotüp (Bnmt) Sentezi̇ne Reaksi̇yon Süresi̇ni̇n Etki̇si̇

Abstract: In this study, Boron Nitride Microtube (BNMT) synthesis was carried out with a catalytic annealing method from amorphous boron powder and nitrogen gas (N2) in the presence of MnO2. Experiments were performed in N2 atmosphere controlled furnace at 1400°C and also at 1/1 weight ratio of B/MnO2 for different time as 2-6 hrs.
