In this paper, the Ag + is first adopted to oxidize PATP to DMAB, and the intermediate elementary Ag of the reaction is used to enhance the Raman signal, which acts as a surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate and overcomes the drawbacks of the traditional metal sol. The experimental repetition rate reached 100%; the Raman peak of the product dimercaptoazobenzene was clear and obvious. Compared with the traditional silver sol system, the intensity of the Raman peak is increased by 10 times. It is believed that the results will make a great contribution to the future research of the surface plasmonassisted coupling reaction.
