(3) Recognizing the importance of social determinants of health, this book encourages readers to consider the broader social and policy dimensions of health issues. (4) Provides practical guidance for social work engagement, assessment, intervention, and long-term work with people in various health areas. This makes it a valuable resource for students and practitioners. (5) Explore key practice areas, including trauma, mental health, aged care, and disability. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of the various fields.
