Bony Cartilaginous Graft in Unilateral Cleft Lip Rhinoplasty

Abstract: Background: Cleft rhinoplasty is a challenging form of nasal correction of both esthetic and functional deformities. The septal cartilage in many Asian patients are not sufficient and weak.
