“…By analysing BC tissues and paired normal tissues from 30 patients, it was confirmed that the mRNA expression of CYP1B1, ABL2 and MAP1B in BC tissues was significantly greater than that in normal tissues (Figure 7G-I). Among the three hub genes, two genes (MAP1B and ABL2) have been reported to have an impact on the malignant traits of BC cells 26,27 ; therefore, we selected CYP1B1 as the target for subsequent experimental verification. CYP1B1 mRNA was significantly reduced in BC cells after transfection (Figure 7J,K).…”

“…ABL2 is up-regulated while miR-19b-1-5p is down-regulated in bladder cancer tissues and cell lines, according to another research. Recently, the research revealed that BMSCs-derived exosomal miR-19b-1-5p could inhibit bladder cancer cell lines (T24, UC3, 5637, and J82) from migrating, proliferating, or invading while promoting cell death via inhibiting ABL2, Bcl-2, MMP2 and MMP9 ( Fu et al, 2021 ).…”

“…It has also been indicated that BM‐MSC‐derived exosomal miR‐19b‐1‐5p decreased ABL2, leading to suppression of invasion, proliferation, and migration, and the promotion of apoptosis in BCa cells. Nevertheless, due to the limited existing research, the precise mechanism behind exosomal miR‐19b‐1‐5p and ABL2 remains unclear, necessitating further large‐scale studies to clarify the underlying mechanism (Fu et al, 2021). It was observed that the exosomal lncRNA PTENP1 inhibited bladder tumor growth in nude mice by regulating the miR‐17/SCARA5 axis.…”
