Body composition measures may help target fundamental nutritional nursing efforts in rehabilitating patients with acquired brain injury

Abstract: Patients with moderate-to-severe acquired brain injury (ABI) face increased risk of malnutrition by factors related to increased energy expenditure, decreased nutrient ingestion and gastrointestinal changes.
