Abstract:The exosomal miRNAs of BMSCs participate in hyperglycemia induced poor healing of bone defects. Here, we demonstrate that exosomes derived from BMSCs harvested from diabetes mellitus(DM) rats suppressed bone formation when administered to normal rats with bone defects.
