BlueTrk+ for Tracking Presence and Position

Abstract: This article gives an overview of Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy. Furthermore, it presents BlueTrk+, a lightweight application for tracking presence and position securely and flexibly for military-related or Disconnected, Intermittent and Limited (DIL) environments.
