“…Histopathological examination is usually not required and is characterized by a cluster of dilated irregular capillary spaces lined by a thin layer of endothelial cells in the dermis or subcutaneous fat. [ 9 ] Dermoscopy of lesions shows four types of pattern: arborising telangiectasia, erythematous patch with ill-defined borders, red-blue lacunae separated by whitish linear structures corresponding to fibrous septa and exophytic verrucous lesions.
