Blood loss in laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy could be underestimated

Abstract: The development of laparoscopic pancreatectomy has been slow because of the difficulty of the procedure, but progress has recently been made. In particular, distal pancreatectomy (DP), laparoscopic surgery is becoming the standard.
