Blood lipids among young children in Europe. Results from the European IDEFICS study

Abstract: on behalf of the IDEFICS consortium BACKGROUND: Measurement of cholesterol and triglyceride (TG) fractions in blood has become standard practice in the early detection of atherosclerotic disease pathways.
