Blood Flow Restriction Following ACL Reconstruction

Abstract: Background: Blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy is a technique that uses partial occlusion of arterial blood flow in tandem with low-load resistance training to promote an environment of metabolic stress within muscle tissue.
