To effectively improve the security and accuracy of computer information storage, a computer security problem and legal system based on cloud computing are proposed. Firstly, this article details the evolution of cloud computing, its characteristics, architecture, and application status of cloud computing in detail. Second, we discussed security strategies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of cloud computing information, focuses on the data encryption technology of cloud data security, and designs and implements the data backup and recovery system based on the cloud platform. The core layers of the system are the system layer and data operation layer. The system uses multithreading technology based on epoll and thread pool to improve the efficiency of data transmission. At the same time, the basic visual page is realized, and users can use the page to create a convenient operating system. Finally, the system is built in the laboratory environment and tested as a whole. The test results show that through the performance comparison with the current commonly used systems, it is found that the system in this paper has a certain improvement in data transmission rate, but the utilization rate of node CPU is as high as 40%, which leads to certain requirements for node CPU performance. Therefore, the system meets the functional requirements proposed in the design. Compared to the existing system, its performance has been found to meet the actual requirements of use, proving that the system is accessible and efficient.

Los procesos electorales en el mundo deben caracterizarse por la libertad de elegir a sus gobernantes, pero también por la integridad de la elección realizada por los ciudadanos, para así evitar el fraude; no obstante, en muchos países aún se realiza la votación manual, sin considerar las ventajas y beneficios de la tecnología. De esta forma, en este estudio se planteó como objetivo, analizar la tecnología Blockchain como una herramienta potencial para el desarrollo de una nueva forma de sufragio, adicionalmente se propone un mecanismo de aplicación de dicha tecnología, por la cual se espera cubrir con las expectativas de los votantes y los entes organizadores de las votaciones para proveer de una participación ciudadana segura que facilite los procesos y disminuya los costos gracias a la implementación de la tecnología Blockchain. Este sistema ayudará a la transparencia del proceso, pero cuidando la privacidad y su validez. Los resultados no podrán ser falsificados y la velocidad de recuento aumentaría. Los votantes podrán acceder a su participación ciudadana mediante un código único logrando que su voto se registre y sea inmutable.

Electronic voting systems must find solutions to various issues with authentication, data privacy and integrity, transparency, and verifiability. On the other hand, Blockchain technology offers an innovative solution to many of these problems. The scalability of Blockchain has arisen as a fundamental barrier to realizing the promise of this technology, especially in electronic voting. This study seeks to highlight the solutions regarding scalable Blockchain-based electronic voting systems and the issues linked with them while also attempting to foresee future developments. A systematic literature review (SLR) was used to complete the task, leading to the selection of 76 articles in the English language from 01.01.2017 to 31.03.2022 from the famous databases. This SLR was conducted to identify well-known proposals, their implementations, verification methods, various cryptographic solutions in previous research to evaluate cost and time. It also identifies performance parameters, the primary advantages and obstacles presented by different systems, and the most common approaches for Blockchain scalability. In addition, it outlines several possible research avenues for developing a scalable electronic voting system based on Blockchain technology. This research helps future research before proposing or developing any solutions to keep in mind all the voting requirements, merits, and demerits of the proposed solutions and provides further guidelines for scalable voting solutions.
