Faced with the impact of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, governments must protect the well-being of the population. Aside from considerations, such as keeping the virus from spreading and treating patients, the government should also be concerned about the mental health of its citizens during the epidemic. This study aimed to help users who develop depression due to COVID-19 on social media, reduce the cost of counselling, and reduce the need for users to visit the hospital for counselling. This study investigated the opportunities for blockchain technology to provide psychological help to social media users suffering from depression caused by the pandemic. Blockchain-based technology has been used to develop a new model that enables a user autonomy system to allow users to control their own data fully. The model utilizes a delegated proof of stake consensus blockchain to manage depression data to enable low cost and information security while discussing aspects related to trust, privacy, interoperability, and integration with other information communication technologies. The blockchain framework has been proven to provide secure and reliable information management that meets the user requirements for information autonomy. According to statistics from the Indian Ministry of Education, there are roughly one million graduates each year. Some of them will continue their education at high schools or university institutions while others will be prepared to find employment. The students' many great performance records, transcripts of grades, diplomas, etc., will serve as a crucial point of reference for admission to new institutions or jobs when they have completed their studies. Only the names of the schools and the students are included when schools create different prizes or diplomas. Events that result in the graduation document being forged are frequently recognised since there is no effective anti-forge system. The blockchain-based digital document system would be suggested as a solution to the issue of document forgery. In this system, issuing digital documents is done in the manner listed below. Create an electronic version of a paper document and add it to the database, along with any relevant data. In the meantime, determine the electronic file's hash value. The hash value should then be added to the block in the chain system. To attach to the paper document, the system will generate a connected QR-code and an inquiry string code. It will enable the demand unit to check the validity of the paper document using website searches or mobile phone scanning. The technology not only increases the legitimacy of various paper-based documents, but also significantly lowers the chance of document loss because to the blockchain's changeable qualities.

Recently, the Public Ration Distribution System structure is one of the prime government commercial schemes. Low economical group and people below scarcity line use this amenities provided by the government. Due to deception appear in a chain, such amenities do not reach to the needy people. This happens because in the existing system all the work done by physically. To computerize or automate this physical job there is no any specific unreasonable technology or tools involved. Due to this, system facing two problems firstly weight of the material that is given to the people may be inaccurate or imprecise and secondly, at the end of the, illegal wrong entries in the inventory of the shop about the amount of the material given to the consumers. In this work we will describe a blockchain technology-based prototype that can be used in a small website. There are presently many fraud activities and corruptions taking place in the food supply schemes present as it sometimes does not reach the poor or the other sections of the society. This paper focuses on developing blockchain prototype that is used to record all the transactions/records and log all these transactions. A simple end-to-end web based app of this kind of the blockchain prototype can be built that has most of the features and functionalities to carry out all kinds of the transactions between the central government, state government, the district office, ration shop/and the customers, are recorded in the system. The user of the system can view the transactions of any part of the public distribution system. The project have some features that is guaranteed to provide the most important aspect that is, the security using the concept of blockchain
