Block copolymer nanoassemblies

Abstract

His research is focused on elucidating the mechanisms by which bioresponsive block copolymer nanoassemblies carry various molecular payloads in the body for diagnosis, imaging and treatment of human diseases, such as cancer, and thus developing novel nanotechnology-based therapeutic options for personalized therapy in future clinical applications. He has published numerous peer-reviewed papers in scientific journals and served as a conference meeting organizer and a reviewer for domestic and international grant applications as well as scientific papers (one of the Elsevier top reviewers in the subject area of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2012). He is also an inventor of several issued and provisional patents related to engineering, pharmaceutical and biological applications using polymer nanoassemblies.2
