Abstract: Background. Despite the successes achieved in the treatment of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), overcoming the toxicity of standard chemotherapy regimens and the treatment of relapsed/refractory (r/r) forms of the disease remains relevant.
