The aim of the research is to explain the perspective of online learning in supporting students' procedural abilities from a constructivist perspective. This research uses a literature review methodology to describe topics about online learning, procedural abilities and constructivist theory. Scopus article search engines such as Springer Nature, SAGE, Taylor & Francis and Google Scholar provide the collected literature. There are 350 articles covering the search topic. There were 78 additional articles that met the research variables. Selected articles were evaluated together with 47 references. Online learning has features that conform to the fundamental principles of constructivism. The philosophy of constructivism encourages a learning process that places students as the source of the process through concrete empirical and systematic procedural activities. Meanwhile, online learning provides a new model for how the learning process can be carried out without face to face, and can increase students' abilities, especially in terms of practicums which require procedural abilities in each learning process.

Penelitian kuantitatif ini menyelidiki dampak dari metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan penguasaan konten terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah atas di Jawa Barat. Sampel sebanyak 250 siswa dari berbagai latar belakang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penguasaan konten, dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang kuat antara metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penguasaan konten, dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan penguasaan konten secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi secara independen. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan pendidikan yang seimbang yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman dengan dasar yang kuat dalam pengetahuan mata pelajaran. Implikasi dari penelitian ini meluas kepada para pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti yang ingin meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif di lingkungan sekolah menengah, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan yang dinamis di Jawa Barat.

Blended learning is a learning method that integrates face-to-face learning and online learning. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the blended learning model in Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) students at Bina Nusantara University. By focusing on aspects of curriculum, technology, and student-teacher interaction, this research reveals the impact and effectiveness of this model on student learning experiences. This research used a qualitative approach with an open questionnaire method. Data was collected from teachers and students involved in the PGSD program. The research results show that the implementation of the blended learning model has provided significant benefits in enriching material, developing technology skills, and student engagement. However, the research results also highlight several challenges, including access to technology, lack of training for teachers, and effective time management. This research provides valuable insight into the successes and obstacles of implementing the blended learning model for PGSD students at Bina Nusantara University. This study provides recommendations for improving the quality of the blended learning model by considering the needs and characteristics of PGSD students. The results of this research can be a guide for higher education institutions in designing, implementing and improving blended learning methods to support quality education in the future.
