Blandford--Znajek monopole expansion revisited: novel non-analytic contributions to the power emission

Abstract: The Blandford and Znajek (BZ) split-monopole serves as an important theoretical example of the mechanism that can drive the electromagnetic extraction of energy from Kerr black holes.
