“…This MRS subscore comprises climacteric depressive moods, nervousness, irritability and impaired cognitive functions (Table 4). The total MRS score improved with both regimens during the first 3 months, further improved over time during the subsequent 3 months, and did not change anymore during months 6 to 12. iCR-HP was superior to iCR in the primary endpoint, i. e. showed an additional benefit in the psychological component of MPS, i. e. climacteric mood complaints [36].
