Abstract:Rationale:
Double-outlet left ventricle (DOLV) is a rare congenital cardiac malformation in which both great arteries arise entirely or predominantly from the left ventricle. An extracardiac conduit is the first surgical option for repairing DOLV, specifically because its placement of the extracardiac conduit can be customized to accommodate all possible anatomical variations.
