Biosynthesis and characterization of (Co3O4) for solar cell applications via N-Sativa extract

Abstract: Cobalt oxide (Co3O4) NPs was created utilizing Nigella sativa extract and the green synthesis process, and it was then dropped onto a glass substrate. The crystal structural makeup of Nano-particles was ascertained using the X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern. and described as a material function for applications such as solar cells and light detectors.
