Bioorthogonal CRISPR/Cas9‐Drug Conjugate: A Combinatorial Nanomedicine Platform

Abstract: Bioconjugation of proteins can substantially expand the opportunities in biopharmaceutical development, however, applications are limited for the gene editing machinery despite its tremendous therapeutic potential.
