Biomimetic shoes use in a child with epidermolysis bullosa: Case report

Abstract: Introduction: Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is a rare disease with skin fragility that develops blisters with a minimum trauma. Feet blisters are a challenge to develop walking milestone. Shoes are the primary interface between the body and the ground, protecting feet and affecting how ground reaction forces are applied to the foot and transferred to the entire body.
