Abstract: Bombyx mori silk fibroin is a natural biomacromolecule that can be assembled into nanoparticles. Manganese dioxide (MnO2) is responsive to tumor microenvironment (TME). Herein, SF and MnO2 is integrated to develop novel TME‐responsive drug carriers.
