Abstract: Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is one of the most important sub‐cellular organelles which controls myriads of biological functions including protein biosynthesis with proper functional folded form, protein misfolding, protein transport into Golgi body for secretion, Ca2+ homeostasis and so on.
