Biomarkers Associated with Mortality in Aortic Stenosis: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Abstract: The optimal timing of aortic valve replacement (AVR) remains controversial. Several biomarkers reflect the underlying pathophysiological processes in aortic stenosis (AS) and may be of use as mortality predictors.
