Biological Requirement and Safety Assessment of Nanomedicines

The mention of commercial products, their sources, or their use in connection with material reported herein is not to be construed as either an actual or implied endorsement of such products by the Department of Health and Human Services.The word "nanotechnology" confers images of extremely small objects that are very precisely engineered to perform targeted and complex tasks, by virtue of their small size. While this notion might be accurate for electronics and sensor nanotechnology applications, the progress of nanomedicine development is not as advanced as in other fields.
