Abstract:In this article, peripheral and non‐peripheral cobalt phthalocyanines (2 and 3) were synthesized and characterized by applying the spectroscopic methods (FT‐IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Maldi‐Toff mass, and UV–vis).
