Biokinetics of cesium in Perna viridis

Abstract: The biokinetics of Cs in four compartments in the green‐lipped mussel Perna viridis, namely, gill, viscera, adductor muscle, and foot, were studied. First‐order linear differential equations were set up for these four compartments, and their solutions were used to fit the experimental data.
