Abstract:One hundred and thirty-five random samples of street vended foods represented by kofta, hawawshi and liver (45 of each) were collected from Benha (15 of each product), Tukh (15 of each product) and Moshtohor (15 of each product) in Kalyobia governorate for determination of their content of histamine and tyramine.
