Biochemical characterization and analysis of gene expression of an α-mannosidase secreted by Paracoccidioides brasiliensis

Abstract: Paracoccidioidomycosis (PCM) is a systemic mycosis caused by fungi of the Paracoccidioides genus, being endemic in Latin America and with the highest number of cases in Brazil.
