Biochemical blood parameters in pigs

Abstract: Summary Blood samples were drawn repeatedly from sows to detect quantitative variation in several blood parameters associated with disease resistance, performance or both. Pure Norwegian Landrace (L) sows, crosses between L and Duroc (L*D) and crosses between L and Yorkshire (L*Y) were compared.
