Abstract:Geranylgeraniol 18-hydroxylase (EC 1.14.13.110) that exists solely in Croton stellatopilosus Ohba catalyses the last committed step of plaunotol biosynthetic pathways by conversion of geranylgeraniol (GGOH) to plaunotol.
