Abstract: The present study is to determine the bioaccumulation of heavy metals invarious organs of the fresh water fish Clarias batrachus exposed to heavy metalcontaminated water system. The experimental fish were exposed to Cr, Ni, Cd andPb concentrations for periods of 48 days.the heavy metals Cd, Pb, Ni & Cr wereassayed using atomic absorption spectrophotometery and the result were givenas μg/g dry Wt.
