Polyphenols such as caffeic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, oleuropein, vanillic acid, tyrosol, ferulic acid, syringic acid, p‐hydroxybenzoic acid, 3,4‐dihydroxybenzoic acid, catechol, resorcinol, and 4‐hydroxybenzyl have been also identified in virgin argan oil (Marfil et al, ; Rueda, Cantarero, Seiquer, Cabrera‐Vique, & Olalla, ).
