Abstract: Экзогенные рибонуклеазы бацилл могут селективно индуцировать апоптоз злокачественных клеток. В работе проведен анализ способности рибонуклеазы Bacillus pumilusбиназы-индуцировать процессы, приводящие к динамическому нарушению целостности мембран клеток аденокарциномы легких человека линии А549.
