Bilirubinate Granules: Main Pathologic Bile Component in Patients With Idiopathic Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract: Bilirubinate granules are the main pathologic component of bile in patients with acute idiopathic pancreatitis. Cholecystectomy is the preferred therapeutic approach.
