Bilevel Optimal Dispatch Strategy for a Multi-Energy System of Industrial Parks by Considering Integrated Demand Response

Abstract: To combat energy shortage, the multi-energy system has gained increasing interest in contemporary society. In order to fully utilize adjustable multi-energy resources on the demand side and reduce interactive compensation, this paper presents an integrated demand response (IDR) model in consideration of conventional load-shedding and novel resource-shifting, due to the fact that participants in IDR can use more abundant resources to reduce the consumption of energy. In the proposed IDR, cooling, heating, elect… Show more

“…One of the essential advantages of considering IDR scheme is to have more flexibility and lower interactive compensation with more adjustable energy resources. The benefit of implementing coordination strategy can be shared to both the power generation and consumption [248]. Thus, the following section IV analyzes the optimal energy management strategies for microgrids.…”

“…When residual heat in the heat recovery boiler cannot satisfy the heat demand of users, gas boiler can provide extra heat with the high efficiency by burning natural gas. Heat energy output of gas boiler can be expressed as [22,23] = gas (4) where is gas boiler's heat output of S.E. Hub in time slot and is gas consumption rate.…”

“…Furthermore, with the appearance of environmental pollution and energy crisis, integrated energy system including electricity, natural gas, and heat is introduced into demand side. Consequently, traditional demand response gradually develops towards integrated demand response (IDR) [3,4]. The implementation of IDR project can relieve the supply pressure of electricity and promote synergetic benefits of multiply energy.…”
