Abstract: OBJECTIVES: To explore the effi cacy and safety of bilateral thoracoscopic cardiac sympathetic denervation (BTCSD) as an underutilised last-resort surgical technique for patients with ventricular tachyarrhythmias and electrical storm non-responsive to other treatment.
