Bilateral Thalamic Haemorrhage Following Burr Hole Drainage of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

Abstract: Bilateral thalamic haemorrhage is an unusual complication of burr hole drainage surgery. We present the case of a patient with this rare postoperative complication of bilateral thalamic haemorrhage following burr hole drainage of a chronic subdural hematoma.
