Bilateral Stress Fracture of the Femoral Neck: A Case Report
Abstract:This case report concerns a 55-year-old female who developed bilateral sFNF sequentially with osteopenia as the only risk factor. The patient was initially referred for an evaluation at our orthopedic outpatients clinic with complaints of right-sided deep groin pain, c-shaped pain and a feeling of the hip "giving in" for the past 10 weeks.
