Bilateral rectus femoris myocutaneous flaps to salvage exposed axillo-bifemoral graft of bilateral groins

Abstract: Exposed prosthetic grafts are a challenge to vascular specialists. Groin dissections in vascular surgery can lead to local tissue breakdown, especially in patients who have multiple comorbidities and poor nutritional status.
