“…The first report of malignant cystosarcoma phyllodes bilaterally was by Reich and Solomon in 1958 in which both breasts became involved in association with pregnancy [24]. Bader and Isaacson in 1961 reported another case with the apparent stimulus of pregnancy [2] and in 1965 Motley and G riffiths reported the third case of bilateral malignant cystosar coma phyllodes [17]. This was in a post-menopausal woman who died within 9 months of her disease.…”
